Helena Laboratories’ S.A.C.-1 Specialty Assay Control is a lyophilized normal control plasma designed for a broad spectrum of hemostasis tests. The product is supplied in vials containing 1 mL each, with a total of 10 vials per package. After reconstitution, Factor VIII, von Willebrand factor, and Ristocetin Cofactor are stable for 2 hours at 2–8°C, while all other factors remain stable for 4 hours at 2–8°C or up to 4 weeks at -20°C when flash frozen.
